Freelance illustrator and lives in Hove with his lady and his two cats Kurt and Kuma .
He grew up in York, where as a kid he chased aircraft, played with sticks, chucked stones and drew stuff.
Studied design and graphic design at York, but realised shirts and ties don't go well with paint,
so he left. After leaving college he cleaned cars, sat on a check-out and drove a van full of car-parts to
angry bald men.
After numerous other rubbish jobs he decided to move to London and quickly got a job pushing
flashing buttons at a low grade television station.
Matt still pushes buttons occasionally,
but hopes that drawing, painting, erasing stuff and printing things will help him stop.
